Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Payjass ("we", "us", or "our") Merchant Panel and related services (the "Services"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are available to businesses and individuals who complete our merchant onboarding process, including submission of identity and business verification documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar, and bank account details) and successful completion of our KYC review. We may approve, reject, or request additional information at our discretion to comply with applicable law and internal risk policies.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and MPIN, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• We may use device, session, and location signals to help secure your account and may suspend a session or require re-verification where suspicious activity is detected.

Through the Merchant Panel, eligible merchants can, subject to approval and applicable limits:

• Make credit card bill payments on behalf of customers.
• Load and maintain a digital wallet used to fund transactions within the platform.
• Initiate disbursements/fund transfers to verified bank account beneficiaries.
• Generate and share payment links to collect payments from customers.
• Track wallet activity, transaction history, and applicable commission through the wallet ledger and reports.
• Manage sub-users, team members, and their access to the Merchant Panel.
• Raise support tickets and access live chat support.

Some features described in the Merchant Panel may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn over time, and may be marked as upcoming or unavailable until launched.

Use of certain Services may be subject to fees, service charges, or commissions, as disclosed to you within the Merchant Panel (including under Commission Structure) or communicated separately. Fees may be revised from time to time; continued use of the Services after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to payments, KYC/AML, and data protection.
• Use the Services only for legitimate business purposes and not on behalf of unverified third parties.
• Ensure beneficiary and transaction details you submit are accurate and authorized.
• Cooperate with any verification, audit, or investigation we or our partners reasonably request.
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Merchant Panel.

You must not use the Services to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Process transactions for goods, services, or purposes that are illegal or fraudulent.
• Submit false, misleading, or forged identity, business, or beneficiary information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data on the platform.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the Merchant Panel.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Certain transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways, banking partners, and payment networks. Your use of those transaction flows is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

Wallet balances, fund loads, and disbursements are subject to verification and applicable processing times. Reversals, refunds, or holds may be applied where a transaction is disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or fails verification. Wallets that are frozen for security or compliance reasons will not permit further transactions until the underlying issue is resolved.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or pose a security or compliance risk. You may also close your account by contacting support, subject to settlement of any pending transactions or obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payjass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including losses arising from third-party payment processing failures, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Payjass harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and the parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through our support channels.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
